Monroe Hydraulic Implement Lift
The Monroe lift, which enables the Jeep to use standard 3-point farming implements, along with the optional rear power take off (PTO) unit allows the Jeep to function as a light duty utility tractor.
As you can see from the photos below, the lift itself takes up most of the Jeep's bed. If you look at the parts picture, the pump is in the lower right. We believe it bolts up under the oil pan and is spun by the crankshaft pulley; ie not belt driven. The governor, immediately above the pump is belt driven.
Also picture are the lift itself, the fluid tank / control unit that mounts between the Jeep's front seats, and the lift arms.
